Information not requested
Do not submit account credentials, one-time codes, recovery codes, payment card data, or device-control details. The public forms are intentionally limited to basic service request information.
No payment or remote access collection
The public request and chat forms do not collect card numbers, bank details, remote access codes, passwords, one-time codes, or recovery codes.
Use of information
Submitted information is used to review requests, respond to chats, manage tickets, and create basic operational reports inside the admin dashboard.
